Callum starts with three points

New Reserves manager Callum Frampton and his management team had the best start they could have wished for.

The visitors today were Ringwood Town Development, looking to add to the point gained in their opening march last week. It was not to be however, with Jamie Danoris opening the scoring after just eight minutes fore the Cherries. The visitors created a few chances but these were dealt with well in an impressive performance from keeper Andrew Turner who was commanding in defence.

on the half hour Ben Reed broke through to drill the ball into the net to make it 2-0, with Charlie Garrod adding to the tally shortly afterwards. The visitors scored from an impressively taken free kick on the edge of the box on 34 minutes to take the score to 3-1, staying that way until the break.

The majority of the second half went Stur’s way, and although they created a few chances the visitors never looked like changing what looked like an inevitable result. Charlie Garrod added to the total for his second and the team’s fourth on 65 minutes with a tap in set up by skipper Danoris. 80 minutes in and Billy Bright grabbed himself a goal to bring the final score to 5-1. A good start to the season with three points and a trip to Bournemouth Electric to look forward to next weekend.

Today’s man of the match was presented to Jamie Danoris.
